Jennifer Flores founded Elevated Career Path after 10 years in staffing and recruiting, where she gained firsthand experience in recruiting, client partnership and the challenges that can disrupt the hiring process.
She saw what happens when searches are rushed, expectations are unclear, communication breaks down or candidates are reduced to information on a résumé. She also saw the difference that honest guidance, thoughtful screening and consistent follow-through can make.
As a first-generation Mexican American professional, Jennifer understands what it means to build a career from the ground up, learn unfamiliar systems and move forward without always having a clear roadmap.
Elevated Career Path reflects the values that have guided her own professional journey: honest work, resourcefulness, accountability and respect for the people behind every hiring decision.
